Let's talk the R Word

Hey you guys! I'm starting this blog off today thanking you all for the love and support in my blogs. A lot of you all have stopped me in school hallways saying "I like your blogs", "You're inspirational keep it up", or "When are you posting the new one?" , so thank you to each and everyone of you guys that take the time out your busy lives to read my blogs. How I plan to make this year work for me

This year seems to be starting off well. I entered 2017 with a bang making and publishing my first blog. Tomorrow is the day I dread, the first day going back to school after break. For some odd reason we and yes I said we including myself. I will admit to making goals that I have no intention on following through with. Why do we do that? Why do we feel the need to make goals that aren't ideal for us? Is it because we see others do it and we just want to fit in? Well I don't know about you but I am tired of reading past journal entries and reading the same things I want or feel the need to change.                   This year I decided to change this pattern. I made goals that I thought I could foresee myself accomplishing throughout the year. For instance, I have wanted to see an increase in my active life for a while now. So, the goal I put into place is to workout 3x a week but change it up...
