because I love you I want nothing but the best for you.
 I want to see you shine and accomplish the world.
 I want you to be happy and not the type of happy that is portrayed on tv.
The type of happy that everyone dreams about. 

 Love, because I love you and want this best for you, 
 I put my wants and needs aside for yours.
 Because I love you I forgot what it is to love myself. 
 I've convinced myself that loving me is selfish.
When really you're the one who is selfish
for not telling me it is okay to love ME.

Where is David?

   Hey you guys, it has been a while since we last talked. I feel like the last time I wrote was maybe mid February, maybe, maybe not. To catch you up SUMMER17' is officially about to kick in, with my last week of junior year flying by. I was walking out of the doors that lead to the bus lot today when I started to think about the summer. How this whole year I was saying "Summer 17' will be mine" but, funny thing is I said the same thing last year and the year be for that, and the one before that, and so on. How I plan to make this year work for me

           This year seems to be starting off well. I entered 2017 with a bang making and publishing my first blog. Tomorrow is the day I dread, the first day going back to school after break. The first day of school in the new year is always the worst because it is the day a lot of realization comes in to play. Realizing the first semester is practically over and only having two more weeks left of Quarter two. As if time is my only enemy, stress seems to be another major one.           Am I the only one that seems to be under a lot of stress as far as ending this school year with a "well done"? Is seems that since junior year started a lot of pressure has been added on me to get grades that represent me and that a university would like to see. And, let us also not forget that stress that comes with finding colleges you would like to apply for.          With all this going on how could an individual not be...

TaylorMade....Pandemic

Whew, Chyyy!  It's been a minute y'all, I mean honestly, it's been a minute. The last time I was sitting in front of my computer typing away for my blog was in 2019 and I was on my way to starting my sophomore year in college. Now it's 2020, and I am sitting on my couch after working a long shift from home. Yeah, I said it working from home, it's a long story and I will get there! But first, I want to check in with you, how are you, now I don't mean how are you, I mean how ARE you. I felt the need to emphasize that because I think so many of us when asked that question answer with "ok" before our brains can even register the intensity of the question.
